Born in France to Khmer parents, Sov Men came to Cambodia eight years ago and found something he wasn't looking for — a martial art that felt like a birthright.

His entry point was technical. Before building anything of his own, he embedded himself in the work as conditioning coach for Chan Rothana, one of Cambodia's most recognizable fighters on the ONE Championship circuit — traveling across Southeast Asia, learning how elite athletes prepare and exactly where Cambodian fighters were being undersold.

What he saw was a gap: world-class fighters, underdeveloped infrastructure, no one connecting the two. His response was systematic — The Ring Kun Khmer & Fitness on Koh Pich, The Ring Promotion, the Khmer Flow lifestyle brand, and now KF Arena: the flagship that puts Kun Khmer on the global map on Cambodia's terms.

Zac Crush is a combat sports executive, broadcaster, and strategic architect operating at the intersection of live entertainment, digital media, and talent development across Southeast Asia.

At KF Arena, he directs media architecture, international relations, and cinematic storytelling. As the first-ever English commentator for Gods of Martial Arts (GMA), he has anchored live coverage for major events across the region and hosts the GMA Beyond The Fight podcast. He previously founded Saigon Superfights — growing it into Southeast Asia's premier submission-only grappling showcase.

His operational effectiveness comes from an unusual synthesis: U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, ex-Snapchat, NCAA Division I wrestler, BJJ purple belt, and multi-gold medalist at ADCC and AJP Tour events. He doesn't just build the stage — he understands what it takes to compete on it.
